Yeah sure I focus on organizational performance, but that doesn't tell the whole story for me.
And it shouldn't for you either.
There's a reciprocal relationship between your organization and the environment it's operating in.
I'm using "environment" quite expansively here...so think big.
Your organization should be improving your external environment, and vice-versa.
Take care of it, and it'll take care of you.
